I contacted Tyson Brooks with Prime Roofing about a leaking roof, and he responded immediately. They provided professional and personable associates for the job I requested. Chance Stokes was thorough in his inspection of my roof, pointing out problems which I was unaware of and would have resulted in additional problems in the near future. If you have to have your roof done this is the company you want to hire. The team were professional and fast moving. They were in and out in one day and when the job was complete the place was immaculate. A special shout out to Tyson Post the field pro. He was great with communication and was always available. We are very happy with our repair. Noticed ceiling stains. Chandler came out and walked our entire roof. He was excellent at explaining why we had some leaks and what our options were for fixing the problem without trying to sell us an entire new roof. Demo and installation were outstanding! The crew was so knowledgeable and informed me every step of the way. Everything was just perfect.
